Employees are hard people to manage. Sometimes all of them are too much happy and sometimes all are discontent with their jobs. As a leader or manager, you need to handle them well. What? You are too discontent with your job. OK, read these tips and acts. Get fired or get them leave the job in 1 month, Guaranteed.

Never Respect Them
Respecting your employees is a bad thing. Just do not respect them. Have ego of your higher rank and disrespect them as much as possible. Useful if you are not happy with them. Either they will leave the job or you will get fired by higher authorities.

Never Reward Them
When you reward employees, their loyalty will increase and they will stick to you(not literally) and your company. Avoid rewarding them whenever they deserve to be rewarded. They will leave the job. No danger to you.

Don’t Give Extra Benefits
There are some companies that give their employees some extra benefits like free Dental Care, Telephone Bills etc. Don’t be one such company. Sure way to make the employees discontent. When they ask for it, be ignorant.

Do not Communicate(directly)
Communicating directly has to be avoided. If you communicate well, some people may start liking you and this will not be good at all. They will still stick to you and your company.
